Hi, I’m Daevonna!

I’m the baker behind Sweet Rush Baking Co., a home bakery based in Antioch, California, serving the Bay Area. I’m also a proud California girl, wife, and homeschooling mom of three. My family is a big part of the heart behind everything I create.

My love for baking started long before Sweet Rush. Growing up, I made a cake for my parents’ anniversary every year—a tradition that showed me how something homemade could make a celebration feel even more special. Through joyful moments and difficult seasons, baking has remained my creative outlet and a way to connect with others.

In October 2019, that love became Sweet Rush Baking Co. What started as a dream has grown into my full-time work, and I’m grateful for every celebration I get to be part of.

Custom decorated sugar cookies are my specialty. I love bringing a theme to life through colors, textures, and the little details that make an order personal. Alongside cookies, I offer cakes, cupcakes, sweet treats, and styled dessert displays for celebrations big and small.

One of the most meaningful parts of this business is welcoming customers back for their next milestone. Whether you’re ordering for the first time or returning for another celebration, I want you to feel heard, welcomed, and excited about what we’re creating together.
